tilt shift

I don’t have a tilt shift lens. However, I used Photoshop to recreate a tilt-shift effect of this image I took in Detroit. Tilt shift lenses create a shallow depth of field and are particularly useful when shooting from an aerial point. It makes images look like miniature sets. I’m not very proficient at recreating this effect, but I hope this will get me started.
